•                 We'll place your listing on Craigslist in several cities such as San Diego, Palm Springs, The Inland Empire, and Phoenix areas to attract more buyers and receive more exposure.

•                 We'll feature your property on my home and business pages on Facebook with paid advertising on Facebook to reach more people in the market, postings on Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest on a weekly basis, if not more.  In addition, a video slideshow will be made of your listing with beautiful, professional photos and advertised in various Real Estate and local Facebook pages. 

•               Your listing placed on Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com, in addition to the traditional MLS.

•        Professional and accuracy from my professional escrow/title company, home inspector & termite inspector.

•        I will cover the cost of the first year of the Home Buyers Warranty.

•        In addition, I will put together a "Pre-Launch" advertising campaign on all social media aspects to create a "Buzz" about your beautiful new listing.
