Eric and I would like to let you know how very satisfied we were with how you handled the whole purchase of our condo in Oceana. Your prompt response to texts and calls if necessary and your follow through on any actions that needed to be taken were greatly appreciated.

Since the seller was in another country and we were in another state the challenges of negotiating on our behalf through the whole transition were daunting. Due to the prompt home inspection you arranged while I was still in Oceanside we were able to renegotiate our original offer due to deficiencies we were unaware of at the time of the original offer.

Finally, after the close of escrow your intervention on our behalf with the appliance company for a more equitable settlement for the broken washing machine was successful even though you had no obligation to do so.

If we are ever again in the market for another purchase or listing our property for sale you would definitely be the professional representing us.

I want to say something about Danuta... why? Because I highly  recommend her to anyone who needs a broker. When my husband and I was looking for a place to buy after we came back from Arizona in 1998, we met Danuta. She helped us to find a house that we could afford to buy...she found a house in Vista that we lived in from 1999 until July 2018, and all those years we kept in touch with her, all the time until my husband passing on July 10, 2018. So I called her and hired her again as my broker because she did a wonderful job for us. 

When she put my house on the market, she did Weekend Open House and after 7 days, sale was pending already! That was so incredible and I was so amazed how she found a great buyer right away...but the day we about to sign all the paperwork, we found out that my house needs 6 months probate,  because we didn’t have a trust. It was a blow to my mind and I was discouraged at first, but Danuta did not quit on me, she let me think positively...oh boy! She is a “go getter”. She kept in touch with me during probate, the buyer and I were so impressed with her. I got to know her very well, as a hard working person. She was very professional and kept me informed at all times. Because she has a stamina and working ethics, I decided to call her my “super doper angel” because in my eyes she is. Danuta never gave up until finally we closed the escrow on March 8, 2019.

Minelo juz prawie 4 lata od momentu naszej bardzo rezykownej decyzji  przeprowadzki do Kalifornii. Po 27 latach mieszkania w Chicago i okolicach postanowilismy sprobowac cos zupelnie innego. Do decyzji glownie przyczynil sie  fakt czestych chorob naszych dzieci. Glownie dotyczylo to naszej najstarszej coreczki. Niestety przeszla ona przez 3 zapalenia pluc. Po konsultacji ze specjalista, pumonologiem  praktykujacym w jednym z bardziej znanych szpitali w Chicago, uznalismy, ze najlepszym sposobem na ratowanie i ulepszenie zdrowia naszego dziecka bedzie przeprowadzka do miejsca przez lekarza miedzy innymi nam sugerowanego i polecanego.. Cieplego i suchego klimatu czyli poludniowej Kalifornii. Niestety samo miasto San Diego i  jego okolice nie byly przez nas wczesniej znane. Polnocna Kalifornie odwiedzalismy wczesniej wielokrotnie. Wtedy to po raz kolejny, dostepnosc do internetu stala sie  bardzo pomocna! P. DanutaBala, real estate broker, dzialajaca czynnie w poludniowej Kalifornii poznalismy przez czysty przypadek. Pamietam, ze juz w czasie naszej pierwszej rozmowy telefonicznej okazala sie osoba, ktora wydawalo sie, bedzie mogla nam pomoc. Jej wieloletnie doswiadczenie dalo sie odczuc na kazdym kroku. Profesjonalizm, znajomosc rynku, blyskawiczne wyczucie naszych potrzeb zaskoczyly wrecz nas. To chyba oczywiste, ze trudno jest ufac osobie nowo poznanej, wierzyc jej radom i oddac sie pod opieke osoby, ktora to poznalo sie w czasie  doslownie  kilku wczesniejszych  rozmow telefonicznych. W ciagu kilku natsepnych dni, ktore poswiecila nam p.Danuta odkrylismy w niej  osobe szczera, oddana i nade wszystko kochajaca swoj zawod. W krotkim tez czasie, nie znajac jeszcze wtedy dobrze nowych okolic, ponownie, zaufalismy  pani  z ktora spedzilismy doslownie kilka dni. W tym samym tygodniu podpisalismy kontrakt na kupnonowego domu. I juz teraz, po uplywie nastepnych kilku lat, przekonalismy sie jak bardzo nasza decyzja okazala sie trafna. Jak bardzo P. Danuty rady okazaly sie trafne! Otoz znalezlismy sie w wymarzonym miejscu, pieknych okolicach z dostepem do swietnych, prowadzonych  na bardzo wysokim poziomie szkolach. W okolicach w ktorym nasze dzieci odnalazly cisze, spokoj i nade wszystko zdrowie. Odnalezlizmy swoje miejsce i na nowo siebie.  Danusia, juz nie przedstawiajaca sie jako pani, zostala nasza bardzo bliska przyjaciolka, pomocna nie tylko przy zakupie samego domu. Do dzisiaj spedzilismy juz w jej towarzystwie   i jej inajblizszej rodziny dosc duzo wspolnego przemilego i interesujacego czasu. Lacznie z przetanczonym calo-nocnym, jednym z nowo-rocznych sylwestrow!
