It used to be easy to buy a house; all you needed was money and a seller. Now in these days of Short Sales and Bank Foreclosures it's not so easy, in fact for many people it has become very difficult. Last year we were one of the lucky people to buy a house in Short Sale. Our success was due in a large part to the skill, dedication and perspicacity of Dan uta of Dan uta Realty. Danuta found the house for us, negotiated the sale with the sellers and convinced the Lender (a bank) to approve the Short Sale, pushed our Bank to expedite the mortgage, organized the house inspection and facilitated the termite work, tenting was required. Good morning Danuta,

I woke up thinking of you this morning and I was feeling so grateful for every single detail you help us with.  I know it has been very hard and challenging for you to deal with the housing situation and all of the "red tape" you have had to contend with.  Sooo many changes in prices, sooo many different agents and home owners to deal with and all of the idiosyncracies of finding a qualifying home for us.

Casey and I want you to know that none of it goes without notice and we wish we could make it all easier for you.  Thank you so much for working as hard as you have been and for being so dedicated in helping us a place to finally call home.
